The wind storm the forecast for last night didn't really hit that hard, but snow is coming down hard now! I took this picture a few minutes ago and all of that accumulated over the last 40 minutes--which is unusual for Vancouver!
Actually, as quickly as it came, it stopped just before lunch. As the afternoon progressed, the skies cleared and the sun came out. However, we did have a power outage at around 1:20 pm that lasted about 40 min.
Looks like you'll have an interesting drive home!
