"Grady was stopped in a 2007 GMC Yukon Denali just before 2 a.m. on July 2 near 44th Street SW and Byron Center Avenue. He had a blood-alcohol level of 0.281 by breathalyzer, but his State Police blood test showed his level at .240. Under Michigan law, a driver with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or higher is considered drunk."
