April Snowfall?!
There's something not right. Yesterday, the entire province was covered by an arctic outflow--the last time that happened in the month of April was over 50 years ago. That evening, Environment Canada issued a snowfall warning for Metro Vancouver. This is what I woke up to in our backyard this morning:
Vancouver International Airport recorded a new record for snowfall for on this date.

You probably regret mounting your summer tires on the STI..... I wouldn't be comfortable driving on my summer tires in a layer of snow that thick :S
ReplyDeleteLuckily enough, the snow didn't last and it melted by the afternoon. But with the weather this cold and "frost" in the weather forecasts, I'm being extra careful about taking the STI out on its summer "slicks."
